Cycle is a mix series focussing on techno in its broadest forms.
In nov 2016, Cycle invited UK techno artist J.Tijn as a guest at
Sheffield venue The Harley to kickstart a three year streak of activity.
From 2016-19, a clutch of artists from the UK and beyond were invited to play in
the Hope Works room 2 [the Mesters warehouse]. Guests included Mama Snake, Evigt Mörker, Katiusha, Laurenzo. G,
Gramrcy, Aksamit and Blue Hour. Cycle has passed through a number of permutations to reach its current state.
From 2019 onward, the Cycle project pivoted to focus on building a carefully
curated mix series - a platform to highlight the skill of up and coming selectors
met before, during and as a result of Cycle's earlier iterations.
